By accessing or using our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). Our platform offers expert programs and resources to strengthen your well-being, providing clarity, balance, and improved life satisfaction.

To use our platform, you must be at least 18 years old. During registration, you are required to provide accurate and complete information, including your name, email address, and any other information deemed necessary. By registering, you agree to maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials and are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

All data entered into the platform, including user profile information, prompts, AI-generated content, and activity logs, is securely stored in the company's database. This data is retained for the duration of the company's operation and is processed exclusively through the AI API to deliver precise, AI-powered guidance.

We may use the data stored on our system to improve AI models, support research efforts, and enhance platform functionality. While we do not intend to sell private data, it may be shared with trusted third-party AI providers as necessary to deliver and improve our services. By using the platform, you consent to the outlined use of your data.

Users are granted a license to use AI-generated content for personal purposes only. The platform retains rights to use, modify, and distribute this content for marketing purposes, third-party data analytics, and further enhancement of the platform’s capabilities.

We comply with all relevant data protection regulations. Users have the right to request the deletion of specific personal data. The platform will not provide access to or allow the export of data, which remains exclusively with FateSync or its successors and partners.

Users are expected to conduct themselves respectfully and adhere to guidelines consistent with the nature of a well-being platform. Prohibited behaviors include unauthorized use of sensitive information, attempts to reverse engineer the AI models, and using the platform for any unlawful activities. The platform is not responsible for the content generated or shared by users.

FateSync is not a licensed health provider. The AI-generated content provided by the platform is for informational purposes only, and users should verify the accuracy and applicability of the content before relying on it. The platform disclaims any warranties regarding the continuous availability, accuracy, and reliability of the services provided. The liability of FateSync is limited to the amount of fees paid by the user in the last 12 months.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless FateSync, its affiliates, and partners from any claims, damages, or losses resulting from your use of the platform, including but not limited to the misuse of the AI-generated content or unauthorized disclosure of sensitive information. This indemnification does not cover cases of gross negligence or wilful misconduct by the platform.

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account at our discretion, particularly in cases of misuse of the platform, such as unauthorized use of sensitive data or attempts to compromise platform security. Upon termination, you will no longer have access to your account, and any data associated with it may be deleted or retained as deemed appropriate by the platform.

FateSync reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes through the platform or via email. Continued use of the platform after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
